The “Isola Verde” agritourism hall is perfect for those who wish to celebrate with family or friends surrounded by the greenery and tranquillity of the Magadino Plain.

Less than 3 km from the Hotel La Perla, the hall can be rented for courses, meetings or family celebrations (self-service). It measures approximately 80m2 and has a maximum capacity of 30 seats inside and 22 seats outside.

Equipment: a refrigerated counter for drinks as well as a kitchen with all necessary appliances (oven, hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher), 2 toilets, heating and air conditioning. Parking is available free of charge.
