Some of our delicacies

  • Beef tartare has been one of our specialities for many years. It is prepared at the table and served with toast, butter and chips. For the more discerning palate, there is a truffle variant!
  • Our risotto in red wine “Merlot” with shrimps and aromatic herbs is known for its exquisite refinement and is much appreciated.
  • The Chateaubriand with Sauce Béarnaise for 2 persons, carved and served at the table.
  • The Cordon bleu of veal with rocket salad and cheese from the Leventina Valley, accompanied by french fries or roasted potatoes.

Our tradition

In autumn we offer the Saddle of venison “Baden-Baden style” with all its delicious side dishes, such as spätzli, polenta, red cabbage, chestnuts and fruit with chutney.

The Quindicina Valtellinese has been a tradition since 1994. We look forward to welcoming lovers of pizzoccheri, sciatt al Bitto, Slinzega and much more!
The next edition will take place in February 2025.

At La Perla restaurant, the Bassi family and their team are pleased to welcome you in a modern, warm and welcoming environment, a perfect meeting place for all occasions.

“Fresh and good is our motto”.

Our vegetables and eggs have a transport route of “Km 0”, thanks to the collaboration with the family business Orticola Bassi.

Chef Yves Bussi and his team cook for you with passion and dedication, favouring regional and seasonal ingredients.

Our house wine, Merlot La Perla, is made from grapes that grow in the surrounding vineyards. Thanks to the wine passion of Chef de Service and Director Gianni Mione, the wine cellar offers an excellent selection of Ticino, Italian and French wines of quality and originality.
